It is well known that fateweavers in general are not trusted by the wizarding community, although sorcerers and others less committed to the institutional wizarding world find the fateweaver ability to manipulate the fabric as, potentially, the next step in magical evolution. That the Emperor has one in his employ, and one as charismatic as Vis is somewhat surprising, although perhaps the Emperor himself is curious about the true nature of the fateweaver’s magical manipulations.
